Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Langer Engineering and vendors take pride in our quality products and services, and we value the relationship with you. If at any time you feel a product does not meet your expectations, has shipping damage or any other form of return reason, please read the following steps before returning.

Before you return, please contact the vendor, and return your item at your Langer Engineering account at langerengineering.com/my-account/orders and select the product you would like to return or replace and provide the reason and necessary information for the return.

How to return an item:

Returns for purchases made at Langer Engineering, langerengineering.com, or from a third-party e.g., Vendors, need to be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery using your Langer Engineering account at langerengineering.com. It can take up to 30 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your bank account.

Gather the products you want to return, along with the original contents and packaging.

Login to “my account” at langerengineering.com, go to orders and select the products you would like to return, and follow the instructions. If you do not see a return button, your return window is closed.

Return by mail via the carrier:    

If you receive a packing slip, place the return form portion of it in the box with your return. If you did not receive a packing slip, you may get a pre-populated return form by looking up your order. If you can’t locate your order, print a blank return form and fill it out. Then, place the completed form in the box with your return. Put the return label on the package, add postage and mail it via the carrier of your choice.    

Use our prepaid return label:

Pay nothing up front. Follow the instructions for printing a prepaid return label from vendor. Include the packing slip (if you received one) or return form in the box with your return. Put the prepaid return label on the package and take it to an authorized carrier drop-off location. The return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. 

How to return a big or heavy products (e.g., major appliances, equipment, or machines):

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Before you accept delivery of your equipment, please inspect it. If any issue exists, you may refuse delivery. Once you have accepted delivery (or if you brought the equipment home yourself), you have 15 days to contact us regarding defects, damage or other issues. Please contact the vendor via messenger at “my account” at langerengineering.com and follow the return instructions. Please add pictures of any damage!

Shipping fees

Customer is responsible for shipping cost including shipping insurance for items who are not considered Damaged, defective, or incorrect. All shipping costs can be deducted from your refund. Return is just available during your return and exchange period of 30 days. Return items in his original box including accessories.

You also can bring the item to any shipping carrier of your choice at your cost. For estimated return shipping fees, please talk to your shipping carrier.

If the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the vendor will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees within 30 days of delivery, and all shipping costs will be refunded or covered in the event of a replacement. The Vendor will arrange a replacement in the event a replacement is requested. We refund the after return of the item and confirmation of Vendor that your return or exchange is delivered, including original box and accessories.

Please take pictures of the shipping damage or defective item and attach them to in the return form.

Some products, like big machines, expensive freight and shipping costs could be incurred. Please check product description and contact the vendor of the product via messenger on langerengineering.com if special freight costs and instruction occur. Langer Engineering is not responsible for any return cost in any form between parties.

Please follow Vendor instructions after your return request.

Restocking fees

Restocking fees could occur deepens on vendor and item:

Restocking fees could have up to 15% of item purchase price restocking fee if returned by any customer.

There is no restocking fee if the product is unopened or if the purchase and the return both occur within: AL, CO, HI, IA, MS, OH, OK, SC and were prohibited by law. The restocking fee will be taxed in select states.

 

Refund method and timing:

It can take up to 30 days for an item to reach us or the Vendor once you return it. Once the item is received, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Returns info:

·         Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented or scratched may be denied a return.

·         Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return, or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.

·         If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.

·         All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, personalized orders, digital content, prepaid cards (including third-party gift cards), gift packaging, memberships, completed services, opened consumable items including batteries, cleaning agents, oils, fuel, ink and 3D printer filament.

Final sale and nonreturnable items:

All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, digital content, prepaid cards (including third-party gift cards), gift packaging, memberships, completed services, opened consumable items including batteries, cleaning agents, oils, fuel, ink and 3D printer filament, and items returned that are damaged, unsanitary, missing major contents or not in a like-new condition.

Export regulations:

 If you live outside the United States, please remember to comply with all U.S. Export Administration Regulations and control laws, and know that return shipments need to occur within the U.S.

How to Return a Product Purchased from our Multivendor Site?

• To secure the appropriate return authorization information contact us via email at support@langerengineering.com login to your account and select return the specific item you like to return.

• Please give us and the vendor an reason and follow the instructions.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected by the vendor, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, via check or original method of payment. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

• Books or other paper products with obvious signs of use;

• Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

• There is no refund for customized products or services.

Exchange (if applicable)

Langer Engineering or vendors only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at support@langerengineering.com

If an exchange is approved, an exchanges can be just done if the same Item is in Stock. Otherwise, a refund will be applicable.
