Making changes to your order

If it’s still early in the order process, you can get in touch to find out if we can edit your ordered items or change your delivery address. You can also cancel your order and place a new one with the items you want.

Typically, you have up to 30 minutes to cancel your order after your submission.

Cancel your order

You can usually cancel your order immediately after it’s placed, before the order is too far along in the process. Keep in mind, process times vary from store to store.

To cancel your order:

  1. Click Menu .
  2. Click Orders.
    •  If your order can still be canceled, you’ll see the Cancel order option. Then, you can place a new order and choose from the available delivery options.
    • If you don’t see an option to cancel, it means your order is too far along in the process. In some cases, we may be able to reach the seller in time to cancel your order.

What is Same-Day Delivery?

You can now place an order on langerengineering.com to get your products delivered on the same day. Same-Day Delivery is available on certain products and deepens on shipping origin and destination. Please contact the Vendor of the product and confirm the possibility. Same delivery is seven days a week, for both residential and business customers, in selected cities and zip codes. We share your order information and contact details with our delivery partners like UPS, USPS, FEDEX. DHL etc.

Do I need an account to place a Same-Day Delivery order?

No, you can check out as a guest, but it is recommended to have an account to simply track orders and have all the information in one place.

Is there a minimum for Same-Day Delivery?

No, there is no minimum spend required to place a Same-Day Delivery order.

How do I search for products that are eligible for Same-Day Delivery?

To search for eligible products, select the “Same-Day Delivery” filter below the search bar and input your preferred delivery address when prompted. This will filter for items available for Same-Day Delivery in your area.

How do I place a Same-Day Delivery order?

To place a Same-Day Delivery order, select “Same-Day Delivery” on the check out page page, and make sure your preferred delivery address is correct. This will ensure accurate product availability.

When will my Same-Day Delivery order arrive?

To ensure Same-Day Delivery, place your order by the local cutoff time indicated on the product page. Cutoff times will vary by zip code. If your order is placed before the local cutoff time, it will be delivered by end of day local time. If your order is placed after the local cutoff time, it will be delivered the next available day.

How will I know the driver is on the way?

You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your order, and then an additional confirmation email once the order is en route to your location. To see the latest notifications about your Same-Day Delivery order, track your order in my account “orders”

Why was my Same-Day Delivery order delivered the next day?

If your order is placed after the local cutoff time, it will be delivered the next available day.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, the delivery fee deepens on the product, quantities, and shipping distance.

What can I do if I entered the wrong address on my Same-Day Delivery order?

If you entered the wrong address on your Same-Day Delivery order, you have 30 minutes to cancel your order. If you notice the incorrect address 30 minutes after you placed your order, please contact our customer service team.

What does it mean when some of my items are unavailable?

If it is determined that items are unavailable as your order is being prepared, you will not be charged for the unavailable items. You will receive a follow-up email offering to ship these (via standard shipping) to your preferred location at no additional shipping cost to you.

Who will be delivering my Same-Day Delivery order?

We offer Same-Day Delivery through our delivery partners in select areas across the US. We recommend that you be home to receive your order.

What if I am not available when the delivery partner arrives?

You need to be available once the delivery arrives.Some deliveries are contactless and the delivery partner will leave your order at your front door or lobby. To see the latest notifications about your Same-Day Delivery order, track your order.

What can I do if the item delivered is faulty?

If the item delivered is faulty, please contact our customer service.

What can I do if some of my Same-Day Delivery items are missing?

If any Same-Day Delivery items that you purchased are missing, please contact our customer service.

Will my order arrive in multiple shipments?

Some products can come from different origins and may take longer to ship.Therefore, you need to check shipping availability for each product.

What if I don’t receive my delivery?

Your Same-Day Delivery order will arrive by end of day local time. If you have not received your order by then, please contact our customer service team.

What forms of payment are accepted when using Same-Day Delivery?

Same-Day Delivery orders can be made using all forms of payment, including—but not limited to— Credit Card and, PayPal.

Can I cancel a Same-Day Delivery order?

Once your order is placed, you will have 30 minutes to cancel via the cancellation link included in your order confirmation email. After 30 minutes have passed, we are unable to cancel your order and your items will need to be returned via shipping provider.

I canceled my Same-Day Delivery order, but still see the charge on my account; when will I be refunded?

You will not be charged for a cancelled order. The authorization hold on your account will be removed within 30 days, based on the policy of your financial institution.

Can I add something to my Same-Day Delivery order?

Once your order has been placed, you may not add additional items to your Same-Day Delivery order. You need to place an additional order.

Can I send someone a gift using Same-Day Delivery?

You may send a gift via Same-Day Delivery to any address, however, gift receipts and gift messaging are currently unavailable.

How do I return items from my Same-Day Delivery order?

You may return items from a Same-Day Delivery order via shipping provider, include your order number and return to it to the provided shipping address. before you return, please return the item(s) within 30 days. you need to return the products in my account “orders” , or contact the customer service.

Do delivery partners accept tips? If so, how do I tip mine?

We will not collect tips, but you are more than welcome to tip the delivery partner directly.

What is scheduled Same-Day Delivery?

This can take from 2-6 hours.

How do I select scheduled Same-Day Delivery?

At checkout, you will see two options under Same-Day Delivery: the order cutoff time  You can then choose your desired two-hour delivery window and click “confirm.”

How do I cancel my scheduled Same-Day Delivery order?

Head to your order my account page (located under Orders, click “cancel”). On the order details page, under Order Summary, you will see “Changed your mind? Cancel your order.” Click to proceed with cancellation. If this option is no longer available, the items can be returned via shipping provider.

My order delivery window has passed and my order has not arrived. What should I do?

We’re sorry that your order is running late! Please feel free to contact customer service.

 

 

 

We accept:

1. Credit cards such as American Express®, Discover®, Mastercard® & Visa®.

2. Debit cards must be connected with Visa or Mastercard and processed as a credit card.

3. Direct Bank Transfer, make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

4. Please send a check to Store Name, Store Street, Store Town, Store State / County, Store Postcode.Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

It can take up to 30 days for an item to reach us or the Vendor once you return it. Once the item is received, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

All Final Sale cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, digital content, prepaid cards (including third-party gift cards), gift packaging, memberships, completed services, opened consumable items including batteries, cleaning agents, oils, fuel, ink and 3D printer filament, and items returned that are damaged, unsanitary, missing major contents or not in a like-new condition.

Returns for purchases made at Langer Engineering, langerengineering.com, or from a third-party e.g., Vendors, need to be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery using your Langer Engineering account at langerengineering.com. It can take up to 30 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your bank account.

Gather the products you want to return, along with the original contents and packaging.

Login to “my account” at langerengineering.com, go to orders and select the products you would like to return, and follow the instructions. If you do not see a return button, your return window is closed.

Return by mail via the carrier:    

If you receive a packing slip, place the return form portion of it in the box with your return. If you did not receive a packing slip, you may get a pre-populated return form by looking up your order. If you can’t locate your order, print a blank return form and fill it out. Then, place the completed form in the box with your return. Put the return label on the package, add postage and mail it via the carrier of your choice.    

Use our prepaid return label:

Pay nothing up front. Follow the instructions for printing a prepaid return label from vendor. Include the packing slip (if you received one) or return form in the box with your return. Put the prepaid return label on the package and take it to an authorized carrier drop-off location. The return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. 

 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Before you accept delivery of your equipment, please inspect it. If any issue exists, you may refuse delivery. Once you have accepted delivery (or if you brought the equipment home yourself), you have 15 days to contact us regarding defects, damage or other issues. Please contact the vendor via messenger at “my account” at langerengineering.com and follow the return instructions. Please add pictures of any damage!

· Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented or scratched may be denied a return.

· Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return, or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.

· If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.

· All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, personalized orders, digital content, prepaid cards (including third-party gift cards), gift packaging, memberships, completed services, opened consumable items including batteries, cleaning agents, oils, fuel, ink and 3D printer filament.
