At Langer Engineering and with our vendors, we uphold the commitment to quality products and services, cherishing the bond we share with you, our valued customers. Should you find a product falling short of your expectations, exhibiting shipping damage, or any other reason necessitating a return, we kindly request you to peruse the following guidelines before proceeding.

Before initiating a return, we advise reaching out to the vendor directly and processing the return via your Langer Engineering account at langerengineering.com/my-account/orders. Kindly select the specific product you wish to return or replace and furnish the necessary details and reasons for the return.

How to Return an Item

Returns for purchases made through Langer Engineering, langerengineering.com, or from third-party vendors should be completed within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please allow up to 30 days for the item to reach us upon return. Upon receipt, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed, with the refunded amount typically reflecting in your bank account within 3-5 business days.

  • Gather Your Products: Collect the items you intend to return, along with their original packaging and contents.
  • Login & Navigate: Log in to your account at langerengineering.com, proceed to the ‘Orders’ section, and select the products for return, following the provided instructions. If the return button is unavailable, it indicates that the return window has elapsed.
  • Return by Mail: For returns via mail, if you have a packing slip, include the return form section in the return box. If no slip was received, a pre-populated return form can be accessed by retrieving your order details. Alternatively, print a blank return form, fill it out, and include it with the return shipment.
  • Prepaid Return Label: Utilize our prepaid return label option for hassle-free returns. Follow the provided instructions for printing the label from the vendor. Include the packing slip (if received) or a completed return form in the package. Affix the prepaid label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier drop-off location.

Returning Large or Heavy Products

For significant items like major appliances, equipment, or machines, we urge you to inspect them upon delivery. In case of any issues, you may refuse delivery. After accepting the delivery or bringing the equipment home, you have 15 days to notify us of any defects, damages, or concerns. Please contact the vendor via messenger on your account at langerengineering.com and adhere to the return instructions, attaching images of any damages, if applicable.

Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, including shipping insurance, for items not deemed damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund. All returns must be made within the 30-day return and exchange period and include the original box and accessories. For estimated return shipping fees, please consult your shipping carrier.

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees, if applicable, may be charged based on the vendor and item. Restocking fees may be up to 15% of the item’s purchase price for returns by customers. However, no restocking fee applies if the product remains unopened or if the purchase and return occur within specific states where prohibited by law. Restocking fees are taxable in select states.

Refund Method and Timing

Allow up to 30 days for the item to reach us or the vendor upon return. Once received, refunds are typically processed within 2 business days, with the refunded amount appearing in your account within 3-5 business days.

Returns Information

  • Items must be returned in like-new condition. Damaged, unsanitary, dented, or scratched items may be denied a return.
  • Ensure all items are returned with their accessories and packaging to avoid potential deductions from your refund.
  • Discounts or free items obtained through bundled purchases may be voided if not all items are returned.
  • Final sale merchandise and certain nonreturnable purchases cannot be returned.

Final Sale and Nonreturnable Items

Final sale merchandise and other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, digital content, prepaid cards, memberships, completed services, and consumable items like batteries, cleaning agents, oils, fuel, ink, and 3D printer filament. Additionally, items returned in damaged, unsanitary, or incomplete condition are nonreturnable.

Export Regulations

Customers residing outside the United States must comply with all U.S. Export Administration Regulations and control laws. Return shipments must originate from within the U.S.

Returning Products from Our Multivendor Site

To initiate a return for products purchased from our multivendor site, please contact us via email at support@langerengineering.com or log in to your account and select the specific item for return. Provide the reason for return and adhere to the instructions provided.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item by the vendor, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method. Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, as outlined in our policy.

Exchange

Exchanges are only processed for defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@langerengineering.com. Exchanges are subject to availability; otherwise, a refund will be issued.

Please note that customized products or services are not eligible for refunds.
